Half Day for K-5 on Nov. 8

Please remember that Friday, Nov. 8 will be a half day for grades K-5 for parent-teacher conferences.
 
For CRPS: Dismissal time will be 11:30 a.m. for all students. For parent pick up, please make sure you have your driveline number and ID. Buses will plan to leave the parking lot at 11:30 a.m. Your child’s bus drop-off time is expected to be at the same interval it currently is relative to regular dismissal. For example, if your child’s bus currently drops off 20 minutes after our usual 2:45 p.m. dismissal, we are expecting it to arrive 20 minutes after our early dismissal time of 11:30 a.m. If families want to do an early pick up that day, it needs to be by 11 a.m. If you have any questions, please consult with your classroom teacher or feel free to call the Main Office.
 
For FRES: Walkers and bikers will be dismissed at 12:15 p.m. Parent pick up is at 12:20 p.m. Wave 1 pick up starts at 12:20, wave 2 pick up starts at 12:25. Please make sure you have your driveline number and ID. Buses will plan to leave the parking during the 12:30-12:40 time frame. Your child’s bus drop-off time is expected to be at the same interval it currently is relative to regular dismissal. For example, if your child’s bus currently drops off 20 minutes after our usual 3:30 p.m. dismissal, we are expecting it to arrive 20 minutes after our early dismissal time of 12:30 p.m. If families want to do an early pick up that day, it needs to be by 11:30 a.m. If you have any questions, please consult with your classroom teacher or feel free to call the Main Office.
 
Please be sure to have someone at the bus stop approximately 10 minutes before the scheduled time as times may vary a bit on this day.

The Transportation Department WILL honor bus pass requests for these days, with the following stipulations:

• We WILL NOT honor requests for home stops that do not currently exist on our routes (If your child goes by bus to a day care every day of the week, we DO NOT have a home stop set up for your child. We will bring your child to the closest pre-existing stop on the route.).
