The Brighton Believes Council selects nominees to receive Brighton Believers Awards for demonstrating the Brighton Believes character traits of Integrity, Respect, Responsibility, Kindness, and Self-Control. These award winners are students, teachers, staff members, parents, coaches, and community members. We are accepting nominations and the nomination form is available at www.bcsd.org/believers

On Tuesday, May 27, awards were presented to community member Jordan Betts-Sahr; FRES counselor Marguerite Opett; the BHS Muslim Student Association leadership team of Ayse Yucel, Irem Ozcelik, and Emine Yucel; and FRES teacher Kristin Geroux.
